Each participating cidery meets strict standards to ensure authenticity and quality:

  • All products are made with 100% Ontario-grown apples or pears, or at least 85% Ontario-grown apples or pears if adding additional fruits for flavouring.
  • Produce no more than 2.5 M litres annually, to keep it truly craft.
  • Are crafted entirely in a licensed facility in Ontario
  • Are Canadian-owned and operated
